Pack Your Items
Carefully pack the unused products in their original KINTO packaging and include the packing slip to ensure the items are protected during transit.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the package back to our California distribution center.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
